Hello people. My name is Jake, and I like to party.... but not every night or on a random Tuesday. Born and raised in Colorado, I'm a 28 y/o in Construction looking for a comfortable, quiet home to plop down and recharge. Just like the typical CO resident, I enjoy all the outdoor activities. I'm active but also a lazy homebody gaming music nerd. I'm a very clean and organized dude that winds down early and wakes up early during the work week. I expect my roommates to clean up after themselves. I'm here to save money on rent, enjoy where I live and possibly make a few friends along the way. I'm reserved and respect my space.
