Trent L - $1,400/month

Hey Guys,

I moved to New York City about three years ago after spending a little over 5 years in the United States Army. I've been living in the Upper East Side for most of that time, and I'm looking for a new roommate! I have very little preference to where I live in the city, I'm mostly just trying to make sure I have a decent commute to Union Square / Grammercy.

I don't have any pets, but don't have a problem with cats or dogs. I might bring guests over once or twice, but generally I like to meet my friends out in the city or at their places and keep my place to myself. That being said, I have no problem with you bringing friends over or having parties.

I'm a pretty social guy, I like heading to the bars and meeting new people. I'm very happy to hang out with my roommate and go out for the night and see the sights, but don't feel obligated to invite me!

My previous roommates have all been women, but I don't really have a gender preference.

I work fulltime 9-5 in Union Square, and I'm going to school for my Undergrad at the same time, so I'm pretty busy during the week/weekend depending on my class schedule. Super down to go out and explore after, or just have a relaxed night.

So yeah, that's a bit about me. I'm a pretty chill guy. I clean up after myself. I'm housebroken. etc.
