I work full time from home and do stand up comedy at night - so i'm pretty busy and focused. i have one low key cat. i like to cook occasionally. I have a nespresso machine... so thats a major perk i come with :). i practice meditation and yoga very casually <3 i would say im easy to get along with, but who wouldnt say that on here? naturally, im queer friendly and think im a super safe person to live with. i have excellent landlord references as well, as i previously lived in Jersey City for 7 years
