My husband and I just bought a home and are looking for a roommate! I am a teacher and he is a home improvement contractor. I'm 30 and he is 34. We have one sweet and older lab mix dog. The room is small and could be furnished or unfurnished. Whichever is preferable. We have a pretty big outdoor space and the neighborhood is nice and safe.
