Looking for Roommate ~$2100/mo Large Studio in FiDi

Hello! I am a 3rd year undergrad student at NYU, and I am looking for a male roommate from June 2026 - June 2027.

There are 2 occupants total (one is me, you would be the second), and it is a large studio in FiDi (I believe ~495 sq ft). There is washer/dryer in unit and gym in the building, as well as nice outdoor rooftop/lounge. There is a nice kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, closet, bathroom, etc. Access to many subway lines (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, E, J, Z, R) and M-15 bus. Also 20 min walk to Lafayette Shuttle Stop. Estimated price is including all utilities ($2100/mo).

Nice area as well, many options for whatever you want to do. Quick ride to both Tandon and WSP. I am pretty flexible in terms of scheduling, routines, etc.

I have included sample layout, ignore the bed/table positioning. Our sides is split with the red line with bed/desk. I also have a privacy divider if preferred.
