Kayla A - $1,800/month

Hi! My name is kayla, I’m transferring to FIT for Communication Design and minoring in Art History. I’m 19 turning 20 in August. I’m looking to live off campus in an apartment and have already started keeping an eye out in surrounding neighborhoods! Aiming to get a 2 bed, I like my own space at times, but it doesn’t need to be anything luxurious. Budget would depend, would like to look together (I’m like a little over an hour north of manhattan). Location would kind of depend on where in each neighborhood in relation to transit to the school! Like any neighborhoods surrounding Chelsea, or East Village near transit. In my free time I enjoy thrifting, painting, going to shows, reading and writing, and am always down to try new things or go out to flea markets/museums, etc. I’m always open to a night out or a night in as well. I would say I am a fairly easy going person. Just looking for someone who is respectful of our shared space. My desk can be cluttered, but I generally prefer a *clean* space. Being communicative definitely helps as i want you to feel at home and comfortable as well:)
