Looking for a roommate for a beautiful 4 bed, 2.5 bath Crown Heights multi-family home, to sign a lease starting 9/1. The apartment is two floors, both the ground floor and basement with a beautiful renovated kitchen, in-unit laundry, a private backyard/patio (with a garden and multiple strawberry bushes???), lots of storage/closets and an extra guest room. The location is awesome - we are .3 miles from the 2,3, 4 and 5 trains, on a tree-lined quiet block and a 25 minute walk from Prospect Park. We’re looking for someone to take the basement room for $1030/month (just under 8x13.5). It has the most privacy/quiet, access to a great closet and storage, and a half-bath downstairs. We’re looking for someone ages 23-31, who is friendly, communicative, understanding, and tidy!

Amit: 25, Israeli/American that works as a documentary producer/editor. Loves to cook, bake, watch (and make) documentaries and explore the city.

Zoe: 25, manages social media for a major nonprofit. When not working I love rock climbing, thrift shopping, and writing at cozy coffee shops.
