Hey! I’m an international student currently in Vancouver, I’m planning on going home soon and I’m looking for someone to take on my co-lease with my Roomate. She’s 21 and also studying at VFS (Film Production) she’s super easy going, friendly, clean, and nice. She loves reading and watching movies! We currently are great friends who get along just perfectly and go out together from time to time, we’d love to have that with you but we also respect if you want more space and time to yourself.
Since covid we don’t have guests over but if we were able to it would just be the occasional 2-3 friends once a month or something, we don’t have a lot of guests but you’re welcome to do it occasionally.
Our place is always clean and tidy, we cook almost everyday but fairly simple stuff :)

The room comes fully furnished, you will be sharing a bathroom and living room with my Roomate.
It has a great location, it is walking distance to the grocery store, shopping and restaurants!
I’m looking for someone to take up on my co-lease which lasts until September, but you can extend it by arranging something with the landlord:D
Utilities included except for electricity, which is paid separately.
We have super good wifi connection, laundry in the unit, a nice modern kitchen with dishwasher, a TV, and great storage space.
