The room is pre-furnished, but the bed can be removed for you also. The room is generous size and can fit a queen sized bed, desk, and fridge, and the closest is large also and useful for storage.

The house has a large shared kitchen and dining space, the front patio and back yard are wonderful to use with the grape vines and fruit trees that bloom in the spring, and a free use laundry room.
Street parking is available and the neighborhood is very safe. Utilities are split between tenants.

There is a shopping center, bus line, U-district, and many restaurants within walking-distance! In home high-speed Wi-Fi is available also!

First and last month rent is due at move in and a $200 deposit. Can be move in ready by December 1st.

There are currently just two other roomates living here, one downstairs, and one down the hall. They work during the day, and are quiet at night, respect each other, and are friendly people.
