Hello,

I'm looking for a roommate for the house I've been living in since February. I'm very laid back and love: sports (basketball/football/baseball), film/photography, and movies. I live in South Princeton area near Lavon Lake which is about a 15-minute drive from Allen and a 40-60 minute drive from downtown Dallas depending on the traffic. I am the homeowner and overall am looking for someone who is clean, pays rent on time, and is not loud at night cause I have work. The home is a new build and in good condition and the house is fully furnished so you wouldn't need to bring anything besides a bed and your room setup.
