Otherwise, the double wide driveway offers easy parking.

All utilities are included in the rent, including electricity, water, internet, trash, and the security system.

Pet friendly with limits. One cat and one dog allowed. I currently have two cats and one standard sized goldendoodle, so comfort with pets is important.

The home is conveniently located just off I 70 with easy highway access, north of the highway in Oak Grove. I commute to Independence during the week for work, so the location is ideal for anyone traveling that direction as well.
