$600 Seeking Roommate (3 bedroom/2.5 Bath)(Utilities Included)
Hello! I'm currently seeking a roommate in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town home in Atlanta (30336). The house is located in a quiet subdivision near Fulton Industrial and Camp Creek Parkway.
The upstairs bedroom I'm looking to rent is unfurnished but would include cable (DirecTV) and high speed internet (Att) as well as all utilities (Gas, Electric, and Water) and access to washer and dryer in the home. Guest parking is available as well. All of this is included in the $600 cost of rent.
Looking for someone VERY clean, non smoking, quiet, respectable, doesn't have a lot of company, and mainly spends time working or studying and keeping to themselves, much like myself.
The home is very close to I-20, Hartsfield Jackson Airport, and about 1 exit away from Six Flags..
Must be able to pass a background check, provide paystubs that you make at least 3x the rent monthly, and provide current ID.
