At 74 years of age, I am quiet, neat, clean well organized professional, pay rent on time and value my own solitude. I have traveled the world as a self-sufficient project management and safety engineering professional for the oil and gas industry. have lived and worked in North America, Alaska, South America, Cameroon (Africa), Thailand.

I have a minor physical disability -- neuropathy and balance issue -- related to Agent Orange exposure while serving in the USAF in 1969. Except for this, I have no other health issues. Have a B.S. in Chemistry (Laboratory Management), a Ph.D. in organizational management, am an accomplished writer and radio broadcaster, and have been a Project Construction Manager for Fluor Corporation globally.

I have an automobile (undamaged until I took up residence in Conroe last year) and drive several thousand miles each year. I like domestic animals, but own none.
Divorced for over two years, with "no strings", I was a Woodlands area homeowner since 2006, My former wife is a Russian immigrant and US citizen since 2005. Concerned about changes to my health, she and I divorced three years ago and I gave her our home since I was responsible for getting her here in the first place.

I have now rented rooms for three years, and offer my current landlord, a Medical Radiologist, as my primary reference. Contact information and reference will be provided upon request.
