I'm looking for a roommate of no particular sex for a Dec 15th or Dec 30th move in date. The basics: I'm 23 and work in management consulting.

I've fallen in love with a brownstone duplex gem in Clinton Hill (5 min walk from A, C, and G trains) that is truly a rare find. You'd pay no more than $1,500 total for your rent portion (willing to knock it down to $1,300 for immediate move-in and payment). It is a brand new duplex townhouse (never lived in before!) with 2 full bathrooms - one on the top floor, the other on the lower level. Comes with fireplace, hardwood floors, kitchen granite countertops, washer/dryer, and marble floors on the lower floor level, which is HUGE and would be either mine or yours. We'd share the top floor kitchen. Also there's a gorgeous backyard that's available to both us and the landlords. Think summer barbeques ;)

I am looking for a roommate who is warm, personable, unpretentious, and fun-loving, someone who wants to create a home away from home, wherever home may or will be, and is motivated to create a clean and cozy living space.

Things I enjoy/give me a sense of purpose: travelling, road trips, music festivals, food festivals, film, contemporary art, culture, binge watching newfound tv shows, and to be honest pretty much anything artistic or adventurous.

I don't smoke or own any pets. I don't mind you inviting friends or significant others over, but I'd hope they aren't hijacking the living room so I can watch Hannibal, Game of Thrones, the usual :) I also don't mind you throwing a party of the large get together variety every once in a while.
