I'm recently separated hence the need for a roommate. I have a dog, Lana. She's a super lovable greyhound, black lab mix, medium-sized dog. I'm happy to have a roommate interact with and help care for my dog if they want, but that is not at all an expectation. A roommate can be as involved or uninvolved with my life as they want depending on how well we get along. I'm not looking for a friend, just to cover my rent. Though I won't turn a new friend away. I don't judge. I don't care who you are, how you identify, or where you came from. Everyone deserves to be loved and accepted. On weekdays I get up at 5am. I'm in bed by 8pm hoping to be asleep by 9pm. Weekends are a bit more flexible. I weight lift and run at the gym, meditate weekday mornings and I hike, lounge and explore on the weekends. I work from home about 50 percent of the time, but my office is in my bedroom so you can really see me as much or as little as you'd like. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and don't throw crazy loud/late parties a lot. And I don't have a facebook, but I do have an instagram.

Recently separated software engineer seeking roommate for newly renovated, well lit, apartment
My wife and I just separated and I'm looking for a roommate to fill the empty room in our two bedroom two bath apartment. I don't care who you are, how you identify or where you're from as long as you're respectful of my space and things. The room is at the back of the apartment and shares no walls with other apartments so it's nice and quiet when you want it to be. You also won't have to hear my and my dog get up and move around at 5am. The bedroom has it's own balcony(small) but it gets lots of great natural light. Actually the whole apartment gets great natural light. Seriously, I've never been in an apartment that's so well lit. I almost never turn the lights on. And when I do they're on dimmers, which is awesome. You're room also has two mirrored closets leading to your own master bathroom, which is a real nice size. I just ask that you clean up after yourself. We can get along and be friends or ignore each other. That's up to you. This is a gated community, so any interior access is controlled by a key fob, and there are two parking garages with an elevator. Trash pickup operates Sun--Thu and theres a trash chute on every floor for the other days. Any other questions just send me a message. I also don't care if you're a man or woman. I've actually had mostly women for roommates in the past. If you are a woman, please don't expect a roommate with benefits situation. That's not really where my life is. Rent and lease length are negotiable. My priority is really just to not have to float my full rent for too long.
