I’m open to a Roomate with a dog however I would require a meet and greet between yours and my daughters two small dogs prior to any agreements being made. I tend to be a night owl but my work schedule often requires me to be there early. I do ask out of common curtesy that you attempt to alert me to the time of you yourself are awake at the time. As I will do the same for you if desired. Flexible as to how to share communal spaces, I have no issues with having friends over, just be sure the are respectful of the fact that this is our home.
