Roommate wanted!

Hi, I’m looking for a roommate for my 2bd/ 1 ba apartment in a perfect location in edgewater! I’m gone for work at least half the month, usually more.

Everything is furnished- your bedroom will have a brand new queen mattress, protector and solid wood bed frame as well as a small closet. I’m also open to getting a dresser/ nightstand for a small upcharge monthly. The rest of the space is fully furnished with sectional, coffee tables, 65” tv, dining table and chairs, barstools, and bar cart.

I’m a tidy person, but I also think this space is pretty easy to keep clean.

Price listed is for the room with bed, frame and protector, also includes utilities (Xfinity high speed unlimited wifi- I have all the streaming services, and electricity).

Open to long or short term.
