This is a 4bed 3bath house in Ocean Beach.

My roommate Ali and I are looking for one (1) individual tenant to move into our shared rental house. Move in date December 1st - preferably earlier

* Unfurnished Room and Office/extra room in Ocean Beach for rent in a stand-alone shared house, with 2 other housemates. Incoming tenant must be able to understand and follow all lease agreements.

Rent is $1450 per month, + equivalent deposit is due with first month rent.
Utilities: $100-$130 per month pp(SDGE, Internet, Water). Private bathrooms for all three tenants.

Access to 1 parking space in a garage

Please no Pets, no couples , no smokers, no vaping.

We are 1 block from the ocean, 5 mins walk to sunset cliffs, 10 mins walk to Newport ave.

Ali recently moved in and I’ve lived here for 8 years. We are working professionals looking for a roommate who is also employed full-time & financially secure.

Please send us a message if you’re interested. We’re looking to add an easygoing roommate with clear and direct communication skills who thrives on mutual respect. Please know this is a relatively quiet household: no big parties & we agree to a quiet house after 10pm. Must be a regular contributor in keeping the house clean. We like to keep our common space clean welcoming and clutter free. This includes contributing in shared cleaning products and chores like taking the trash out.
