Trevor W - $1,500/month

I am a 25 y/o male who has been commuting to the city for the past 8 months from Pennsylvania and I am at the point where I am ready to start looking for an apartment in the city.
I currently work at an advertising agency in Midtown Manhattan, and would prioritize a short commute almost over anything else. I went to school in Southeastern Pennsylvania at Lehigh University, where I studied Chinese (Yes I speak fluent Mandarin) and Political Science, and also got a Master's in Management.
I am overall a really outgoing, friendly roommate who always respects the apartment and my roommates. I like to be outdoors and run around and I also love to chill on some days. I am someone who likes a clean space and I typically clean every 1-2 weeks. I am not a huge partier, but will occasionally go out with either my roommates or friends. I also don't smoke and would prefer if my roommates didn't smoke or at least smoked outside.
I would want to live with people who are also pretty tidy in common spaces, and willing to split all of the costs and responsibilities of the apartment relatively equally.
Some of my hobbies are exercising (Running, Swimming, Gym), Video games, traveling, Photography, Videography, Tiktok, Dancing, Movies/TV Shows, chinese language and culture, Learning new skills/Trying new things, Teaching, skincare, and Politics.
I am open to living in any neighborhood and in any borough, as long as it is close to my job. I have a tight budget around $1500.
