About Me

I am looking for someone to rent out the lower half of a house that I am just moving into. It includes one well lit bedroom, private bathroom, and HUGE bonus room/living space with a vintage built in bar. The kitchen and laundry room of the house will be shared. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with a great back yard, with built in garden beds. On bus lines and community orientated.

About me: I am a man in my late 40's. I have 2 tween daughters who will be at the house 1-3 nights per week, alternating. I work a lot and mostly keep to myself. When I am not working, I am usual at the Mt., hiking or going to shows.

I'm hoping to find a roommate who is chill and friendly. I live a mostly natural life style and like to keep things clean.
