Moving to NYC from Washington, DC for a new job. I am looking for a short term rental through October so I can get a better sense of NY and where I want to live longterm. I'm fairly quiet at home and like my home to be a sanctuary. I'm usually in bed by about 10/10:30 on work nights. I have a sweet Dog, Owen, who is a lab mix. I don't cook much but generally, try to eat at home. I tend to cook more in the winter than summer. Looking for a clean, respectful roommate. I don't care what your bedroom looks like as long as its not dirty and common spaces are clean and organized. My new office supposedly takes 9-5 pretty seriously, but I'm not sure how real that is.
