I do play videogames but am not really a "gamet" buy am up for a roommate for couch co-op sessions too! Or binge watching something. But if not then I'm cool with that, too.
I'm pet friendly, love dogs and cats, I travel too often to have my own these days, but would love one in the house.

8-10 minutes walk to the metro over a dedicated walking trail. Lots of parking space. Lots of trees and 2 dog parks a few minutes walk away. Large bedroom with a large triple window for lits of daylight. Large walk-in closet. Bathroom is in the hall but it is unshared, it would be your bathroom.
Gas stove/oven in the kitchen if you like cooking (especially if you like to share! I could chip in on cost.)
Big screen TV downstairs with a surround sound speaker set up.
I have one smaller furnished room that could be used or a larger unfurnished one.
