Private bedroom with a walk-in closet in a quiet 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Ahwatukee Foothills. $1150/month, no deposit, all utilities and wifi included — no separate bills to track.
The room is semi-furnished with a queen bed that can stay or be removed, depending on what you already own. In-home washer and dryer.
Three of us live here: Julie and Darries, a couple who have the master and a second bedroom, and me (Zoey). You'd share a full bathroom with me only — the couple has their own — and there's a half bath for guests. The owner lives off-site.
House culture: quiet, clean, and respectful of shared space. Julie and Darries enjoy wine in the evening and have family or friends over roughly one weekend a month. The house is 420-friendly; no cigarette smoking indoors. I don't drink or smoke myself. I love to cook and am happy to share the kitchen.
Occasional overnight guests are fine. The room is for one person only, not a couple.
Parking is on the street during the day and moved into the driveway overnight, 10pm to 6am.
We're looking for a working professional who's out of the house during the day rather than a work-from-home setup, so everyone has room to breathe. Female roommate preferred, though a clean, considerate male who's comfortable sharing a bathroom with a neat female housemate is welcome to reach out. Dog-friendly household.
