Ideally, I'm seeking accommodation between the areas of Old Historic Northeast, North Kenwood, and Edgemoor. I am looking within reasonable distance to my employer, public transportation, and with easy access to local attractions and downtown.

I'm open to sharing a spacious apartment, condo, or house with roommate(s). Ideally, the space would have 2+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms for privacy and convenience.
I'm looking to split rent and utilities evenly with roommate(s), aiming for a budget-friendly arrangement that works for both/ all involved.

I'm a non-smoker and prefer to live in a smoke-free environment. I enjoy being social but also respect personal space. In my free time, I love exploring nature, trying out new restaurants, learning new things, staying active with different outdoor sports, or playing video games.
