I have no eviction or criminal history, along with two active incomes, I have plenty saved to afford the right choice coming up easily.

As far as materials I’m coming with, I’m gladly not a hoarder of stuff, as I do what’s called Simple Living, so life’s easier being minimal and specific on what I keep and own. My laptop, backpack, some books, clothing, hygiene items and other essentials like that are usually all I’m moving with, anything else I like to collect/buy later, after being in the new place.
