The location is hard to beat — just a 2-minute walk to Rogers Place, 1 minute to the restaurants, cafés, and shops on 104 Street, and 1 minute to City Centre Mall. The building also offers direct access to the LRT, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
The common areas are fully furnished, and the bathroom that would be yours is already set up and furnished as well. The bedroom can be provided furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. I am open to negotiating!
