Sylvan Park Room

It is a 4 bedroom house and there are 3 other girls who live there now. The room available to sublease shares a bathroom with another girl. They are all in their 20's. The house is in a great location (46th and Utah). Rent is $650 with a $675 deposit and all utlities are split 4 ways (gas, electric, water, and internet). Typically $100 in all. The room will be available anytime between March 1 and March 15 and the lease runs through June 30. Good sized fence in back yard and plenty of parking. Two girls are servers, one girl is a nurse. They are all social. I just bought a house & my closing date is March 12 but I loved living here!
