My budget is around $1000 but I have some flexibility for the perfect place! Looking to move around February. Flexible on location, just within a 25 minute drive of West Lake Hills. Must be pet friendly- I come with a sweet corgi/dachshund mix (Dolly) and a cat (Romeo)- both have ESA paperwork.

About me: I’m a full time nanny and part time student. My schedule is pretty standard and I'm out of the house most of the day. Since I do have a dog, I have a dog sitter who comes twice a week during the day to let her out (but that can always be discussed first)! My weekdays are pretty calm and I’m usually in bed by 10pm, so I would love a roommate on the same type of schedule. On the weekends I love finding cool things to do around town- live shows, galleries, markets, or trying new bars/restaurants! I’ve moved around a lot- and have had really good luck with roommates so I’m hoping to continue that streak

Co-existing is SO important to me, and I’d love a roommate that would be cool occasionally having some drinks after work or hanging on the weekends sometimes! Someone who keeps common areas tidy, and is respectful and inclusive is a must! Very anti drama and good vibes only
