My roommate and I (23 & 25) are moving to NYC from Washington DC around April-May and we’re looking for a female around our age who is fun, clean, likes to go out, is respectful of common areas and wants to be friends as well! We like trying new restaurants, going to HH, meeting new people and working out.

We’re looking at places in Murray Hill and East village but we’re open to other places too. I have 2 well behaved & super cute cats (built-in pest control, if you will) that I would bring with me as well. We’d like to stay under $1,500 or so each. Message me if you’re interested!
