Looking for a great place and roomie! I can move at any time in September and I'm open to Smyrna, Vinings, Kennesaw, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Dunwoody. My budget is up to $850/month (including utilities). I’d like a decent sized bedroom with a walk-in closet and my own bathroom. I’m 32, a college student at KSU, and a nanny. I keep to myself a lot of the time but would also love a friendly female roommate near my age to hang out with! I’m very clean, responsible, and respectful of others. I’m pretty laid back about most things, except that I get hot easily so I’d like to live with someone who is the same so we can keep the place on the cooler side. I have an older medium sized dog and she is calm and well behaved, also a rabbit and his cage can be kept in my room if needed. I'm fine with someone else having pets, however I’m allergic to cats.
