There is a large kitchen with the living space and an extra half bathroom. there is a built in home theater system in the living area as well as on the rooftop. Electric fireplace and an electric piano are elevating the space. In-unit washer and dryer are also available.

The two master bedrooms are available for rent on a month-to-month basis or long term with a 3, 6 or 12mo lease, preferably furnished. Utilities and internet included.

Commute: easy and frequent bus rides to Port Authority, 20-30min traffic dependent. Can also walk to Journal Square in 15min and take the Path to the City, or a very short bus ride to port Authority. EWR is 20min away by car/uber. Just 3 blocks away from Central Ave, the main commercial street of the Heights.
