Hi y’all my husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease in a 2x2 beautiful modern apartment located in the Kissimmee area! If you work at DAK or DAKL then you’re in luck because this building is located bordering the property. This a great location for any Disney cast member or CP moving over to PT/FT; only 20-25 minutes to reach Magic Kingdom area, and 10-15 for Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Many shops and amazing restaurants that take Blue ID discounts nearby so you’ll never get bored!

You would get the master suite (including double vanity, standing shower) and large walk-in closet. Your portion of rent would be around $1,300 after utilities and fees not including electricity which is billed through Duke Energy,
