I'm moving to Philly on October 1st for work at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. I'll work 12hr shifts 3days/week, rotating between nights and days every 6 weeks. Having a quiet-ish place to sleep during the day will be crucial when I'm working nights

My budget is ~$1600 a month and I'm hoping to get a dog-friendly 2br/2bath somewhere close to CHOP (Schuylkill, Rittenhouse, Franklintown). I have a well-trained and quiet dachshund.
