Female shared living situation in historic Filipino town.

Each floor has its own separate kitchen and set of shared bathrooms.
Available now.
I can not hold room if moving at a later date unless a deposit may be agreed upon with the landlord. TBD per situation once the application and in-person meeting are done.

APPLICATION FEE $50 per person/ One person per room no more
Medium-sized bedroom/ can fit a twin or full bed or queen
Medium Room on the second floor/ Shared kitchen and bathrooms with other female tenants on the second floor.
$725/ month for rent
$725/ security deposit returnable at move out as long as no damages to the property
$45/ month secured parking s/pot assigned for small cars without leaks or drips
$75/ month for utilities and is prorated during cold seasons and hot seasons for air and heating

The kitchen contains already provided kitchen appliances in communal areas. The floors in rooms are hardwood and antique and personal fridges can have the potential for water damage to the wood.

House has Central air and heating ( must be conscious of use and not abusive of utilities including water)
Air and heat are preset with a lockbox so there are no issues with people fighting over temperature and subject to adjustment for comfort.
