Caroline C - $2,600/month

I am looking for a roommate to split a $5,200 convertible 2 bedroom in the Financial District with me starting this July (or later)! Rent would come out to about $2,600 each. I just graduated Barnard and will be working as a paralegal for a couple years. I am very neat and clean and usually only go out on weekends. I would love to be friends with my roommate but am also fine with just splitting the rent.
