3 Bedroom / 3 Bath with central AC, private bathroom, rooftop, in unit washer/dryer, convenient location, large windows and high (11’) ceiling, all for a low price! We’re looking for a third roommate for a lease starting November 1st, 2025.

Lived here for 2 years and really enjoy it, but one of my roommates is moving to Jersey for work. Two remaining roommates are great communicative guys: I am in school for Mental Health Counseling, and Cheer works at a great restaurant in the East Village.

Third floor walk-up, and the room is a little narrow, but it's a steal for the price, location, and amenities.

We’re looking for a roommate with similar vibes to us as we’re very quiet, keep to ourselves in our rooms but are friendly with each other. We’re also a pet-free apartment due to allergies. Financially we’re also looking for someone who meets the landlord’s income of 40x rent or 80x guarantor, with a credit score higher than 650. Feel free to ask any questions you may still have!
