Pretty chill, open for a roommate that can also be a friend, but also love personal space. Common areas are always clean / clean up after myself. I work a 9-5, and am in the office from Tuesday - Thursday. I'll have some friends over occasionally, but always make sure to give a heads up & am respectful of times especially on weeknights.
