Hi, I'm Sofia!
My roomie and I are looking for a third person to join us in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that's a 5 min walk to the Path station and close to all the restaurants along Washington St in Hoboken!
A little about me, I graduated from Ithaca College update in 2016 with a major in Marketing and a minor in Korean Studies. I currently work in the city and my roomie Vida works for NYU. We're both easy going and friendly so we're always down to hang out or grab brunch on the weekends. We're also happy to keep to ourselves if you like your space! Some nights we'll hang out and chat or play boardgames and other nights we'll just silently sit in the living room on our laptops so whether you're super extroverted or super introverted or something in between, I'm sure you'll fit in with us!
On weekdays, Vida and I are usually working or going to dance class so we might not be back until 10 on some nights. On the weekends, I'm usually out grabbing dessert with my friends or watching movies and Sofia likes to go out for brunch or go to her sister's to relax. She also does a lot of baking so if you're into brownies and cookies, we've got you covered! Sometimes we go on outings together like Six Flags or the beach, but other times she'll go to concerts with her friends, and I'll go to book signings or spend the weekend traveling with mine.

Master Bedroom in Hoboken Luxury Building
My roomie and I are looking for a third person to join us in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that's a 5 min walk to the Path station and close to all the restaurants along Washington St in Hoboken!
The room we're trying to fill has it's own full bathroom, 2 closets, and is big enough to fit a queen size bed and dresser. The best part is the apartment windows face east so there's a lot of sunlight! We're a corner unit so the living room is extra spacious with windows on two of the walls. It fits a couch, love seat, tv / tv stand, and dining table. The kitchen is also super new with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The building itself has a bunch of amenities too. There's a gym just one floor down with several treadmills and ellipticals, some machines, and a bunch of weights. The laundry room is right next to the gym, and both areas have doors that lead to the balcony. There's fake turf grass, a lot of lounge chairs and couches, and two grills with free gas! The building has free wifi in these shared spaces too. There's a small courtyard out front as well with chairs for people to lounge, but the rooftop balcony is definitely the best spot.
