Very centrally located, 5 minute drive to the SD Zoo and 10 minutes to downtown. 15 minutes or so to UCSD.

What we're looking for: We are 2 easy going professionals in our mid-40s splitting time between two local homes. There will just be one of us in the home at a time. We both work hybrid schedules and appreciate a quiet, clean and safe space. No drugs or heavy drinking/partying.

We're looking to share our townhome with one other responsible and considerate individual. You must be employed and/or a student with solid rental references. Considering our situation, we prefer a female roommate, LGBTQ+ friendly. This room would be great for a student, grad student, nurse, military or someone who travels for work.
