1 bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom 1 bath in West Village/Chelsea/Flatiron

I'm moving out of town and need someone to take over my lease starting 12/15/19. The remainder of the lease ends in May but if everything works out you can always renew easily. Rent is $1,565 due on the first of each month plus about $30 for Spectrum, $30 for ConEd. And another $30 a month for the cleaning lady.

Located on 16th & 6th right by the F/M, L, and 1/2/3 lines. Easy walk to West Village, Chelsea, and Flatiron. Washer/Dryer in the basement. We have a dishwasher. Living room would be furnished. And I can sell some of my furniture- 2 white dressers, full size mattress and bed, and mirror if needed :)

The two other girls are both professionals in their late 20's- work standard 9-6. They're super clean, respectful, down to earth, work out, and of course love to eat and drink and travel etc.
