Available Room for Rent

Cozy room available in Washington Heights

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take the third bedroom in our Washington Heights apartment. Washington Heights is a great neighborhood, with super easy access to the walking/bike path on the Hudson (and the Little Red Lighthouse!) and lots of great restaurants. We're also about two minutes from the A, if you're still taking the train.

The room is small, but there's room for a full-size bed, dresser, etc., with the option to purchase a few of these items from our current roommate. You'd also get most of the hall closet for storage. Rent is $675 plus about $30 for utilities, depending on the month.

My roommate and I are both home due to Covid but keep to our rooms during the day. We're pretty good friends, though, and often come together in the evenings to eat and watch TV; you're totally welcome to join us, but participation isn't mandatory. :) Emily has a little white cat named Ghost, who's very sweet and loves avocado more than life.
