We are a family of three who have lived and travelled almost everywhere. We have a pretty busy schedule with two of us out of the house most of the day and not returning until 8pm, and the other often working from home but also gone many evenings until 8pm. Saturdays we are out until the afternoon, Sundays we generally stay home all day. We play a lot of music, both recorded and otherwise - a drum kit and a piano are only two of many instruments in the house. We cook frequently, are curious, open, professional, artistic and rather sporty. Yes at the same time! Ok look "curious" is a euphamism for intelligent because you can't write that in an ad without looking like a schmuck. "Open" means philosophical, not that we're happy to have a roomate wear ass-less chaps. Professional, artistic and rather sporty mostly mean what they say. Mostly. We're happy to provide safe harbor for pets of all sorts, and if you're someone who has a kid part time that is something we can discuss as well. We are non smokers, and are best suited to other non smokers. We tend to laugh a lot. We try to be the best people we can, and are really grateful, appreciative and heart warmed when others do too.

Small room in a spacious duplex to share with a busy, convivial family of three. Large back yard with balcony, deck, grill, fire pit, bench swing, flowering fruit trees and vegetables. There is also a front yard for further outdoor enjoyment. Indoor common areas are endlessly hospitable with a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen, piano, ping pong table, projector for living room entertainment, and split cycle air conditioning. While the common areas are air conditioned, the room itself is not. It is however a private space to call your own.
If you have a beloved pet they are welcome here!
