I am the first tenant living in the newly renovated townhouse. rent Upon arriving you will see that we have a garage below the building for cars or parking outside of the building. The first floor of the townhouse is the kitchen, half bathroom and living room with a balcony. All appliances in the place are new and modern. The washer and dryer are very quiet. second floor has the washer/dryer, a bathroom with a bath/shower. Both rooms have a balcony. Climb one more floor and the third floor is access to the roof, then my room along with bathroom that has just a shower. Dont have to enter my bedroom to access roof. Roof has a beautiful view of Miami and the water.
