The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath and the lease is through October 2020. Rent is $779 before utilities, and wifi and cable is included in rent. It is located around Parmer and MoPac, really close to The Domain! Renter’s insurance is $15 a month each, and we have a water allowance included in rent so you only pay if you go over.
