Looking for a female to rent a room to. I feel more comfortable with a female being around my kids when they visit. No smoking allowed, I won't use the bathroom, but my kids and guests will. No overnight guests allowed, and no male guests allowed. Room (10x14) has 2 walk-in closets and washer/dryer inside the apartment. Complex has a pool, gym, tennis court and ample parking. Wi-Fi and utilities are included. Walking distance to banks, supermarkets, car wash, stores, and restaurants.
