• 3 bedrooms total - one is shared by a couple, and the available room is private
• Spacious living room
• 1.5 bathrooms
• Full kitchen with dishwasher + stove
• Laundry on the floor
• Awesome location in Murray Hill, close to the 4/5/6, 7, and S trains, plus tons of great restaurants, bars, and coffee spots

About us:
• Two 24-year-old guys working in finance (both NY natives, fun, former collegiate simmers, outgoing)
• One 22-year-old girl in healthcare, former collegiate lacrosse player, clean + organized, also fun and social

We’d love someone who’s also fun, independent, clean, works in the city, and enjoys going out (bonus points if you love good food!).
