Looking for a third roommate in our Bushwick apartment starting 2/1! We have been here for 8 years and really love the area, building and apartment.
The room availabl is currently semi- furnished (dresser ad bed-frame) but can be empty if needed, with a lot of natural light.
The apartment is fully furnished, has high ceilings, central AC and heat, a dishwasher and laundry in the building. There is access to the finished roof year-round.
We are a 7 minute walk from the L Wilson stop and a 5 minute walk from the J Chauncy stop.
We both work in the production side of the entertainment industry and are open to anyone.
