22 year old F looking for roommate!

I am a 22 year old female who lives alone. I originally leased a 2 bedroom in hopes of becoming a foster parent. I decided, however, that I would put that idea on hold for another year or two. I have already signed a 12 month lease and am unable to downgrade, so I figured I may as well use the extra bedroom for someone who needs it.

[$300/month] bedroom includes:
1 twin size bed with mattress included
1 four drawer dresser
A spacious closet with an extra plastic storage container that contains 3 drawers
* I plan on adding a tv with Netflix and other apps included soon*

Apartment is already furnished and comes with a washer and dryer already in the unit. I am open to more decorations/paintings etc. being added if you have them with you.

*Pet friendly (cats and other small animals most preferred)
*LBGTQ+ friendly
