Looking for a master with an en suite with AC!

Ideally will have a garage and we get to put our combined furniture in the living spaces. If already decked out, storage space is fine.

Or, even more fun, looking for someone to go apt hunting with!

I’m pretty relaxed and keep my home as my haven. I like things clean but am not anal about it. Bit of a nerd, or maybe a lot of one. I keep a mostly quiet house. I’m super allergic to most animals, small dogs or fish are fine.

Looking for roommate(s) with a good job and not big into partying. I do love wine and cocktails but just don’t drink often. I love my beach walks and kinda terrible at being active at times, but aren’t we all?

Really, just need a new place with AC as current place has none/ I’m melting. Looking to move April/ may. June works too though.
