A vast array of restaurants and plazas and also in close proximity to I-80, I-294, and the Metra train.

Tenant will share house with three additional tenants. No drugs or excessive alcohol on the premises. Absolutely no pets or smoking in house. Must be clean and share in the cleanliness of common areas.

$30 Application fee to include: employment verification, two personal references, and criminal background check. (Absolutely no sex offenders or violent criminals) 1-month advance rent + 1-month security deposit to reserve room.
